1. Drink lots of water

2. Don’t do anything physically strenuous save for some daily stretching
3. Eat well, avoid sugar, keep protein levels up
4. Sleep more

Doing all these things and trying to keep my spirits up but there’s definitely a hint of “is this the new normal?” popping up in my head (a feeling I haven’t experienced in a while). A full week of recovery from our trip to Australia wasn’t what I expected. 

I don’t know what I expected, to be honest.

I’d just rather not be stuck in bed.
