I can feel myself healing a little every day.

I’m getting better at yoga, better at clearing my mind when I’m practicing. Being able to take on more writing work, however low-paying, is doing wonders for my self-esteem and keeps my brain active.

I cannot express in words how fortunate I feel to be able to take this time off and rest. I feel deeply for those that are unable to take a break from work and stress. It had to have been stress that was making me sick. There’s no other explanation.
