• Back from Lightning in a Bottle, which was hard and beautiful and amazing and hot and dirty and wonderful
• Slept like a log last night
• Feeling healthy (but tired)
• Working from home (doing a job I finally love)
• Doing a ton of washing
• Eating well
• We’ve got our exhausted/happy dog back

Life is good. Recovery feels incredible. I’m so fucking lucky.
