Update

This whole “not working” thing is doing wonders. I’m waking up without aches, my stomach hasn’t caused me any grief, even though I haven’t been eating perfectly. I’m not freaking out about needing to be in bed when it hits 9pm on weeknights. I’m getting more flexible and strong each day from my daily yoga practise. I’m cooking again, I’m happier, I’m calmer. This was the right decision.
